The views at this small hotel were exceptional. It was in a very central setting to the ferry terminal for the airport water transport. There was Trattoria al Vagon just next door to the property. Truly enjoyed our excellent stay for one night....

It was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent and excellent co-operating, beds were very clean. The fab location was a minute walk from Teatro Malibran. The area was secure close to main attractions, the airport and local amenities.

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We had a direct view of the Grand Canal, and watching the boats go by was such a unique experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge just a short walk away. Breakfast in the room, with the canal as our backdrop, was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this charming bed and breakfast.
